It was shocking, Sam. If you go to tripadvisor.co.uk on Google, or just type in Il Mascalzone and look at comments there, you'll see even worse. It wasn't just that the food is now bad, the contempt you're shown if you don't like it is a total disgrace. I think the manager's got too big for his boots and thinks he can treat people any way he wants; some of the staff are following suit, some yesterday were definitely embarrassed.
