| Couldn't find a head office for this place but tracked down a managing director who lives in NW London. Complained. He's totally ignored me. I truly don't believe that this sort of contempt for the people who have kept your business going should be tolerated. Some of the reviews on Google are citing even worse, yet the place keeps going, it's as if they think they can get away with anything. Anyone got any ideas who else I can approach about this? Anyone seen the kitchens, which several people on Google sites have said are filthy? Advice would be appreciated, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of thing and believe everyone will put up with it. |
