I have just completed the grim journey from Clapham Junction to Putney with a baby buggy. Thank goodness for kind members of the public, because there appears to be no official help whatsoever with several flights of stairs at both stations or getting on and off trains. I'm a novice at this so maybe I just don't know where to look for lifts, but I can't help wondering what happens to folk in wheelchairs. (Apologies if this has been dealt with before, but I couldn't find a thread.) |
