This is great news, the current site is dreadful and depressing. They definitely need more service windows during peak periods although service might speed up if the really tedious up selling stopped. My passport photographs were rejected by their own checking service for being substandard in photographic light and print quality. This is despite having the pictures taken a few moments previously in the passport photo booth in the actual Post Office opposite the man who then rejected them. Naturally they claimed no accountability for the standard of pictures coming out of the thing. Almost Kafkaesque. |
