| Thank you Victoria. I agree that the longer saturday opening times will be a welcome move. If the staff spent less time asking customers if they want the more expensive postage option than the one they have requested at the start of each transaction and insurance, travellers cheques,mobile top ups at the end of each transaction, the 5 serving positions may just be enough. Having digressed, I will be leaving my comments on the consultation and hope that others will make the time to do the same. |
