While walking along Gwendolen Avenue I noticed a young man in a shabby uniform entering car number plates into a handheld device. Nothing too sinister in that I suppose except he was going into driveways to record all the cars parked off road as well as capturing the cars parked at the side of the road. Does anyone know if this is a new Council tactic, and is it lawful to enter a property to check someones Car Reg? |
