Sorry if I'm wrong, but I thought the whole point of Free Schools was that they are to be parent-led.  If enough of you get together with each other over this, and put your views/plans direct to the Council, they may be able to advise you about the next step.  That is what has been happening over the past year or so re: the Bolingbroke Hospital site, even before the official Free Schools were mooted. Its up to us, the Council aren't in a position to do anything without the input of prospective parents.  A real chance for you all to make a difference ...
