I seem to recall a lot of coverage on BBC News when Iran was killing its citizens. There were reports about families having to find their dead relatives and sometimes being asked to pay for bodies to be released. Sorry, busy, so don't have references to hand, but it was broadcast frequently on BBC TV news (and I think Lise Doucet was in Iran at one ti.e reporting on it). So I think it's incorrect to say the BBC didn't cover it. |
