Perhaps if there's a shortage of prison places because of the failure of the last government to build more prisons there would be a case for tagging offenders like this who aren't really a threat to society; just a nuisance for those who disagree with their actions? One may disagree with their actions but it was done with what they considered to be best intentions; to highlight the dangers of climate change. When was the last time the M5 was closed by serious flooding? |
