| "I really should replace my old bike saddle." My saddle got stolen a few weeks back. Nothing special it came with the bike. New saddle, stem & bracket - a right pain and cost to replace, not to mention either removing the saddle or looping the cable through the saddle when locking up. Not worth the hassle/risk of cycling short distances anymore unless you have somewhere secure to park. Just another example of crime reducing the use of not just green transport but transport that is beneficial to health. |
