Sue, we're happy with ours. As Ivonne says, an issue is having to recharge it. That requires removing the unit: removing two small screws then snapping it out, then when charged snapping it back in and replacing the screws - not difficult, just fiddly, the danger being dropping a screw! (Not all units have removable batteries and even ones that do would the need unit removed to swap them.) We have a separate chime as well as the main button & bell unit to ensure we can hear it in all rooms (although if the Internet and wi if goes down that fails). It's good to be able to see who's at the door and speak with them on the phone app (and several people can have the app connected to the same unit). I you want to see earlier videos as well as the live feed - it can be useful to see who one's missed - there's a £34.99 annual subscription. I configured our unit and would had fitted it (just two screws to fix the back plate) but as we were having other work done it was fitted by the person doing that.
