Thank you to everyone who has replied on this thread, including Lucille advice on Octopus Energy. I just looked at Trust Pilot and the reviews of OVO are shocking. I only looked at the first page and others are in my situation, who have been with SSE and then been moved to OVO. Here’s a couple, people are furious: “Another SSE to OVO victim massively overestimating usage by almost 4X so they can increase Direct Debit payment”. “We always pay our bills on time but, according to them, we apparently have a permanent debt in our account” Really a horribly company from what other customers are saying. |
