Thanks Barbara.

Apart from basic mistakes on the first bill, and their staff apparently being unable to work out a correct payment amount, without informing us our bill has been changed to monthly instead of quarterly.  We have not received any paper bill and instead have received a letter saying our debt is “now very overdue” and this “could impact our credit rating”.  The last bill I paid was on 10 May, so imo this is a bit of intimidation by OVO.

I tried paying by phone, but it wouldn’t work, so will try at the bank if they are open Saturday?

Which rates OVO as 2nd best energy supplier, after Octopus. What must the companies rated below OVO be like?  Really just a terrible experience as a new customer and we had no choice in this change of energy supplier.
