Remainers have a problem in that they think if scientific and economic fats say a certain thing it must be right.  If you don't agree with this theory you are beyond the pale .  David Cameron found to his cost not necessarily correct.
Brexiteers, on the other hand, generally are not interested in 'intellectual ideas'.  They live in the real world which impacts on their daily existence.  Consequently do not wish to be subjugated by, an often as seen by us, corrupt EU. i appreciate there are few remainers on this Forum who will have an inkling of what I am saying and no desire to really know anyway. 
This is why we Brexiteers rarely answer questions put to us knowing a) that we won't be listened to and b) we will be totally ridiculed.
Apparently Brexit talks in jeopardy, so we shall soon see any repercussions
