| If the delivery driver didn't know about the barrier he might drive like a stolen van . If we had a 20 mph speed zone it would be enforced by cameras like Camden or some parts of Tower Hamlets who have a team of CPO with that one job . If the area from the barrier to the end of Mr Patels shop was paved over like where Lacy Road meets the Putney Exchange or a simple lying road sign saying No Through Road at the Junctions with Hotham Road and at the other end at Erpingham Road ( Lambeth council with local community fitted a no through road sign at Haselrigg Road off of Bedford Road as it was a cut through and there was a few near misses there and that's 20 plus years ago |
