| The incident was more serious than I first understood. A mother was outside the Eileen Lecky with her 3 children - baby and toddler in a buggy. They were hit by a white van which caused them to be thrown out the buggy, the van then ran over the mother's leg. The mother now out of hospital with serious leg injury. Children thankfully unharmed. I was told this happened on the corner by the barrier. The van coming down Clarendon towards Charlwood and driving over the pavement in the corner/bend. |
