| When we walked by there was another woman being checked by the ambulance crew. I think she had been very slightly hit by the vehicle but was fine. I heard her say she had been crossing the road. I would like to see a 20 mph limit, but it is not an uncommon sight to see cars driving over/along the narrow pavements in this part of Putney. Why isn't this hit and run on the front page of this website? |
