Have only just seen this link. Besides the usual guff about "technical and operational issues," which, being translated, reads: "We have completely b*gg*red it up and it's our fault entirely but admit that? We're not going to." I also thought this was very depressing: "Booking hall improvements including the new retail outlets, is [sic] in the planning stage" - not just because this rather important part of the work is only just in the planning stage, but because they're going to fill up the booking hall with shops so they can screw them for their rental, instead of freeing up the space for passengers - sorry, "customers."
