| Another total disgrace. There was a period coach house and now there are two partial walls forming an angle to Howards Lane and the adjoining house, the rest has gone. Yet again, WBC has allowed a developer to flout planning requirements. Is this because it is the easiest and, most importantly it seems, the cheapest option? Or is there something else going on? Either way, two very worrying precedents have been set with this and 8LCS - there seems to be no way to stop determined developers. |
