| The WBC planning department - applications no. 2008/2870 and 2008/2884. From what I understand these applications were refused but the applicant went to appeal. Informal hearing 11 August 2009. The inspector stated both appeals should fail. Do not know if there were subsequent planning applications. Do we have another Lower Common Road South situation on our hands.Plan to contact the planning department. |
