| Thank you Jane. Due to a lack of official response I have already contacted Wandsworth Planning as I fear a 8 Lower Common South. At least this site is clearly declared as a developer whereas 8 Lower Common it appears you can demolish a house but still declare you are not a property developer and rebuild it as new and save yourself the VAT as a new build. Which bit of property developer is not clear? |
