| Freedom Passes are issued at the library. When I've been to the P.O. the queue was mainly posting packages. The weather has meant trouble with deliveries, along with some kind of dispute between sorting offices. Culminating in a recorded delivery coming up on the computer as delivered [which means signed for?] When it hasn't been delivered. What can you do when the letter has not been signed for, whence not delivered. Yet the ref no which is suppossed to tell us exactly where our registered post is. States the post was delivered. So wot's the problem??? GRR It's denial that there's a problem, we are standing for long periods or yor post has gone missing. The P.O. don't care & in response to ending up with a backlog they just lose the offending post. When one pays extra to try and make sure the letter/package is delivered. The 1st thing one gets asked by the counter assistant is "do u want to insure this letter/package?" NO I DON'T WANT TO [INSURE] AND WHY SHOULD I FRIGGIN HAVE TO? Today I got a dismisal letter from the hospital due to not turning up for an apointment which I didn't know I had!!! More post not recieved. Who's gonna sort dis mess out??? |
