So causing damage to an inflatable dinghy used for the transportation of illegal immigrants to your mind is worthy of years of imprisonment ?

So were one to be given a 1 year sentence for criminal damage what would you suggest the the ratio of custodial punishment should be for those arriving in this fashion and then rape and assault British girls and women ?
