Right-wing activist Daniel Thomas was remanded in custody again today ahead of a trial next year over allegations he slashed a migrant boat in the English Channel with an emergency responder on board and refusing to divulge his phone’s PIN to the police.

A provisional trial date was set for March 1, 2027 at today's hearing - in just over five month's time.

To keep him banged up for at least another 6 months is ridiculous because he is not a danger to the general public.  It is a particularly stupid action considering that we keep getting told prisons are critically overcrowded, which has resulted in the early release initiative.   This scheme has backfired spectacularly as demonstrated by the Government’s recent cancellation of the proposed release of 2 of PC Harper’s killers.

I have no idea if the judge at today’s hearing was Mooslim or just one of the Left wing judiciary making a point of punishing a Right wing activist.   Political point scoring is not just confined to our politicians.

Danny Tommo’s case will have another hearing in November so hopefully he will be let out on bail then.🙏🏻
