| Judicial bias does exist. This is a report by the University of Manchester which focuses on anti-black bias rather than any other alleged forms of bias or discrimination. Here is the link (sorry Sue) https://documents.manchester.ac.uk/display.aspx?DocID=64125 I've tried to find actual examples of political bias in the judiciary but can find only allegations, mostly coming from the right, including Reform. Perhaps someone could point me to an actual case of left wing judicial bias. |
