I find this confusing.

Is the 'he' referred to 'me'; Nadhim Zahawi; the then CEO of IBM; or Ali Khamenei the supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, also referred to as the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution ?

Please explain.
