| Putney High Street, is a complete shambles, traffic forms on the Upper Richmond Rd, because the traffic is moving so slow in the High Street. Vehicles are trying to get into the High St from Disraeli Rd, because they turn right, they then block the traffic trying to go up the Hill. Everything is moving to slow. |
