Ivonne,

I did not suggesting it's anyone fault regarding premature babies. We all probably know, have a sibling or close relative that was premature and would have died without medical intervention.

I pushing back on the "absolute right to bodily autonomy" which means no constraints on the mother's decision to have an abortion including time limits.

Unfortunately the UK follows the US in many policies and we have already seen some watering down of UK law.

We also had recently the opinion that UK law was not sufficient to prosecute doctors that perform abortion purely due to the fetus not being the desired gender.

In societies where there are no constraints, it is often females that get aborted often due to cultural or other pressures which leads to gender imbalances and wider society issues.

"Of course there must be a limit for abortions'

Unfortunately not everyone believes that and the absolute right will remove it.
