Your tend to use the word ‘divisive’, Philippa, to describe anyone who holds an opinion different from your own.

I don’t think that grooming gangs are always men  of Pakistani heritage. But it is a fact that Pakistani men are disproportionately associated with this type of crime and it is also a fact that in Rotherham and elsewhere the local police were aware of what was going on but were reluctant to arrest the criminals out of fear of an accusation of racism.
