It is beyond outrageous! I thought some fines had been issued to a few water companies and, as far as TW is concerned, the cost of those fines were going to be passed on to the consumer. Their audacity, deceipt and dishonesty is beyond belief. How Ofwat has not been more forceful in its dealings with the water companies is beyond puzzling.... |
