We went Alquimia last night for the first time. Completely blown away by the quality of not just the food but the service too. We chose from the tapas menu and to say we were very impressed would be an understatement. One of our friends is a particularly judgmental critic when it comes to good food and wine and he was very complimentary about the whole experience, so that backs-up and confirms our own opinion of what a great addition this restaurant is to Putney. Surprisingly, it was busy but not full by any means. I can only put this down to a lack of publicity and awareness by residents. Try it, then pass the word!
