| Has anyone seen this disaster? The high street crossing at Norroy Road is undergoing replacement work. The whole crossing is boarded up, and there is no temporary replacement. People are now crossing at the junction itself, in the traffic lane. I spotted buggies, children on scooters etc, and may take some pictures today. Obviously they shouldn't be doing that, but there is no other way of getting across the road without a massive detour. Who is the relevant authority to contact? Council? Transport for London? |
