As many of you know already, the developers of Tileman appealled against the Council's decision to decline their application for a new high rise development on the site. The conclusion has been that the Planning Inspectorate has also declined their appeal on the grounds of ,amongst other things, being harmful to its surroundings. The decision in full can be viewed at http://www.pcs.planningportal.gov.uk/pcsportal/fscdav/READONLY?OBJ=COO.2036.300.12.2012810&NAME=/Decision.pdf |
