| If you are right, Richard, that the current supreme leader intends to develop a nuclear weapon, then the logical consequence must be to support Trump’s prosecution of the war until the regime agrees to stop its nuclear programme. Banging on about Trump’s failed strategy and his inadequacy as a leader is simply music to the ears of the Iranian leadership (in the unlikely event that they monitor Putney Forum). |
