Hello Steven,

I invite you to read the article in the link below, particularly the second paragraph:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_January_6_United_States_Capitol_attack#:~:text=In%20his%20hour%2Dlong%20speech,%2C%20he%20said%20%22we%20fight.

After the attack, the House of Representatives impeached him making him the first President in USA history to be impeached twice.  The vote in the Senate did not reach the 2/3rd majority required by law so he was acquitted.  But he is still a felon who was found guilty by 12 jurors on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

I did not watch the Panorama programme broadcast in October 2024.  I very much doubt it would have had any influence on the US elections as I suspect not many, if any at all, watched the programme in the USA.

The attack on the BCC is not necessarily politically motivated.  But certain sections of the press truly dislike the way in which it is funded.  It is also true to say that the attack does not come from saints.......

You say that 92% of senior journalists at the BBC have university degrees and a percentage of them vote for left wing parties.

Am I to deduce, then, that journalists in The Telegraph, The Times, GB, etc have no university degrees at all, are not well educated hence right wing leaning? Hmmmmmmmm
