Good to see that causing death by cycling will soon be put on a par with causing death by car or motorcycle. Cyclists have an inalienable right to use our roads, but they also have a duty to behave responsibly. Crashing red lights and overtaking on the left are all too common, and it is about time the law was used to discourage - and punish - perpetrators.
