Lisa, we do a large shop at Richmond Sainsburys as easy to park and staff on the tills. But yesterday for something to do went for a ride to Asda to have a look around. Only bought a couple of jumpers as a sale on and some hand wash. My other half said go in the self check out, which I didn't want to, but did. The hand wash wouldn't go through, the helper came up to us 4 times trying to get it to work, eventually it did. Where you put the items was all wet and didn't want to put the jumpers on it. Everything is a shambles. We know somebody who works there and we spoke to them as we went out. Even they said it was disgusting making  a custmer serve themselves.
