After my rant this morning I rang Sainsbury's Head Office, High Holbon. They are sending a  report to complaints dept. The lady couldn't understand why they never had any tills open. Told her one of the staff, what I thought was rude was saying go to the self checkout, nobody went so she took the tone of will you come over here, come here. I told Head Office, we should get staff discount if we do their job. So the same lady when I went in later I said anybody on the tills, just ask if you want somebody.  Wonder if they have already been told to change their attitude.
