| It's the Carriage Office which needs some help. It needs to be explained to them that anyone can get directions from a mobile phone app these days and that "The Knowledge" is now largely pointless. Then they could devise some new set of hoops to restrict the number of licensed black cab drivers based on things which remains useful - maybe custom contact skills, first aid, road safety, diversity training............ |
