Ivonne, yes all true.

They came top in a list of what tourists associate with London and they had to paint lots of buses (incl the green 85) back to red.

Width are much the same but it is the length, (thankfully they have not brought out triple decker Harry Potter buses yet), that make them difficult to turn and overtake.

Bus use has been in steady decline as the article indicates even before covid.

Public transport is very expensive in London and throughout the UK.

Hopefully some imagination solutions can be found as it seems unlikely that the current government will increase any subsidies.
