Apologies for the mistake in the planning application number! H J Cooper own 262 URR and rent 264 URR. The problem with the planning application is that it is full of inconsistencies! The address as shown in the summary is different to that in the redacted planning form. Also, it is impossible to see how the classification of the building(s) can be beauty clinic (sui generis). I would have thought it would be A1 for retail! |
