Well, it seems there are inconsistencies everywhere then!
I cannot see how their premises could have a classification of beauty clinic (sui generis) if they are a retail unit.
There are inconsistencies with the address too.
Personally, I do not think we need another dental practice.
What really annoyed me about this planning application was the number of inconsistencies.
