I've been a patient here for 10 years and there may be a system, but it should be straight forward to get an appointment I dont mind waiting a few weeks, or seeing any doctor, i don't even mind sitting on hold for 10 plus minutes, but i do want to be able to ring them and at least be on hold instead of the call getting disconnected as the lines are busy. Booking online is fine as long as its in addition to the reception staff that they have there. But when you are telling people to book online, and then reducing reception staff and phone lines then that is not fair. All GPs seem to be going the same way sadly, gutted |
