| I'm nothing if not persistent so I kept trying and eventually got through and put on hold. After listening to the to horrible muzac for almost 6 minutes I was connected to a human. Not much better unfortunately. My preferred doctor, the one I tried to book online, didn't have a slot until 21st May. So I tried 'any other doctor' and the first telephone slot is 1st May which is bloody ridiculous in my opinion. Perhaps I should have lied and pretended it was urgent but that isn't the right thing to do. Barbara, I was also a patient at the original Putneymead for many years and like you I was always highly satisfied with the practice and the doctors, especially Dr North who was outstanding in my opinion. |
