| By claiming that the budget would not be cut you are ignoring the problem that the budgets will not keep pace with inflation and an increase in pupil numbers. Thus, the value of the money available buys less and it, therefore, a cut in provision. To claim that the buying power of the proposed budgets will be the same is simply not true. |
