| As I am away in France unil 25 November PLEASE could someone attending this meeting ask Thames Water if they have powers of compulsory purchase and if so, under what circumstances can they use them? If that is the case a) why didn't they purchase the original Hammersmith site? b) what is the point of consultation on Barn Elms/Putney Embankment/Leaders Gardens? Thankyou |
