| coffee shops/charity shops/banks/building societies and hairdresers...oh yes and mobile phone shops.....is nothing else allowed in Putney High Street now? - what a mess. and has anyone seen that huge generator going all day long outside the new hairdressing academy in Upper Richmond Rd - I'd hate to live above that - how did that get planning permission?? and have people seen the parking at the new Sainsbury's local in Upper Richmond Road?? it seems that double yellow lines now mean you can park there - you can also drive in either side and drive as fast as you like almost knocking over any pedestrian who is forced to walk on the car park because the pavement area is taken up by the illegal parking!! still Sainsbury's obviously don't care - as long as they're making money and closing down all the independent shops |
