| My wife and I both had a course with a lady in Brook Green but it was many years ago and she's moved on. It's absolutely not mumbo jumbo - AT is a widely recognised process which we both found very helpful for improving posture etc. Now I need a refresher, but not with just anyone, hence the call for recommendations. |
