| I have just read the latest news on the here about the Wandsworth PCT and NHS comments about this site. I can't comment with any authority, but as a lay-person this just seems to be crazy! I know it will (possibly) cost more now than anticipated to build and finance this site. But this is such a valuable site and is just going to waste ... I am POSITIVE (in a lay-person sort of way) that any accommodation on this site would sell very well and after all, we are being told now the recession may be in ... recession! How long will it take to build ... how positive do bets have to be before public bodies take action. I don't think a private developer would hesitate for a second, not that I'd like a private developer to be able to take over this site. |
