| I’m not forgetting those embarrassments but the subject of the thread is Zahawi. Who did indeed do a good job in rolling out the vaccines. But he also hid from the public and parliament the fact that he was being investigated for non payment of taxes of several millions. In the end he paid HMRC £5 million, of which 30% was a fine. That’s pretty serious stuff by any measure. Should we now overlook this? I don’t this will help Reform’s cause at all. |
